Shipping/Orders

You can shop Dynamite Skin at www.dynamiteskincollection.com. Please stay tuned for when we announce our authorized retailers at stores near you.

Of course! DynamiteSkinCollection.com ships to 100+ countries. We ship all our international orders with our trusted international shipping partners – DHL, UPS, Fedex and USPS.

We try our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can do in the meantime: Sign up for an email alert by going to the specific product page and clicking the “Email me when in stock” button. When that must-have item is back in action, you’ll be the first to know.

My Account

To register for a Dynamite Skin account, you just need to provide your name, email address, and password. Don’t worry about filling out the rest of your account information right away. Your shipping and billing addresses can be provided later during checkout.  Once registered, you can check out your order status, order history, and manage your account. 

You can change your login email address and password by clicking on “My information” within your account. Please note that your email subscriptions will be sent to your new email address and any emails related to the other will go to the email address provided at checkout.

We only formulate with skin-loving ingredients that are always tested for safety and efficacy. We do not use essential oils, colorants, allergic sensitizers, or animal byproducts. Our gentle yet powerful formulas are effective on every skin type—even sensitive skin! They safely work with your skin’s natural ecosystem and balance your moisture barrier.

We test on real people, not animals. All ingredients are 100% vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.

 

Our products are developed by and for people with sensitive skin, so you won’t find any irritants or potential allergens in our formulations. However, as everyone’s skin is different and sensitivity is caused by various factors, your skin may react differently to a product than your friend’s might.

If it makes you and your skin feel good, then 100% yes. Our toners help to balance the pH of your skin after cleansing, clarify your skin, deliver active ingredients, treat specific skin issues and further hydrate your skin for optimum moisturization.

All our products will have an expiry date on the packaging. Depending on the product, either look for the expiration date on the body of the jar, bottle or tube or find the PAO (period after opening) symbol on the packaging. The number by the M (i.e., 12M) is how many months that product will stay safe after opening. We generally recommend the product be used within 12 months of opening. 

To ensure that your products remain in optimal condition, we recommend storing them in a cool and dry area away from direct heat or sunlight.
